Accounting Team Lead

About the role

You’ll be the backbone of our company, working with different teams and departments to solve complex challenges while growing professionally in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support team members with daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks and challenges.
• Improve accounting workflows and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure monthly and annual financial results accurately reflect business operations and activities.
• Prepare financial statements, support the team throughout the process, and liaise with external auditors.
• Perform other position‑related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a Senior or Chief Accountant role, including leading a team and delegating tasks.
• Experience preparing financial statements under Lithuanian GAAP (VAS) and IFRS.
• Strong ability to prioritize, adapt when needed, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fluency in written and spoken Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Lithuanian GAAP (VAS).
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
