Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst

About the role

As an Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst you will ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition and financial reporting across multiple business areas. You will act as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end billing operations, including invoice generation, validation, revenue recognition and billing adjustments.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile General Ledger accounts such as deferred revenue, unbilled receivables and bank accounts.
• Research, analyze and resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies and payment issues for internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain billing policies, procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Support financial system improvements, testing, implementation and business integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting, accounts receivable or billing.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and global teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
