Accounts Receivable Team Lead

About the role

As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead you will ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of all AR transactions, supporting the financial operations of the PHOENIX Group.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and lead the assigned AR team to deliver services in line with agreed policies and SLAs.
• Maintain and update AR processes, ensuring data accuracy for invoices, statements, payments and reconciliations.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve customer queries and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members while fostering a strong team spirit.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field, preferably with an accounting focus.
• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a Shared Services Center.
• People‑leading experience.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
