Active Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Active Sales Manager to drive loan acquisition through proactive outreach. You will engage existing, potential and former clients of our loan club, presenting tailored loan solutions and ensuring a high conversion rate.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and potential “Paskolų klubas” clients by phone.
• Re‑engage clients who started an application or received an offer but did not take a loan.
• Contact former clients and propose relevant loan solutions.
• Identify client needs, objections, and reasons for not accepting offers.
• Present loan offers clearly and help clients choose the most suitable solution.
• Achieve set sales, call, and conversion targets.
• Record client feedback and reasons for refusal in the system.
• Collaborate with Loan Managers, Customer Care, and Marketing teams to improve sales results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the financial sector.
• Motivation by active sales and measurable results.
• Confidence making outbound calls and initiating conversations with clients.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and persistent attitude.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and comfort working with various systems.
• Ability to organize work independently and follow sales KPIs.
