Affiliate Marketing Manager (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will drive partnership growth for Saily’s secure eSIM data plans, helping travelers stay connected worldwide. You will work closely with internal marketing teams and external partners to expand exposure, increase revenue, and explore new verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and nurture relationships with key affiliate partners, both established and new to the space.
• Analyze partner performance, pinpoint under‑performing areas and collaborate with CRO, content, SEO and other teams to improve results.
• Monitor performance reports, detect issues or opportunities, and propose data‑driven growth strategies.
• Research and test innovative channels and tactics to promote Saily.
• Collaborate with media buyers, influencers and other external partners to create new growth opportunities.
• Align partnership initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence in turning performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in travel, technology and innovation.
