Affiliate Partnerships Manager – Fintech

About the role

Wittix, a licensed Electronic Money Institution, is building a financial super‑platform for businesses. We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to drive new B2B relationships, expand our ecosystem of payment providers, financial institutions, and referral partners, and help shape the future of business payments.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and qualify partnership opportunities through networking, industry events and conferences.
• Prepare partnership proposals, commercial models and business cases for senior management.
• Present Wittix’s products and negotiate commercial agreements with prospective partners.
• Lead the partnership lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding and long‑term relationship management.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet partnership and revenue targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with payment providers, financial institutions, software platforms, affiliates, consultants, law firms and accounting firms.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities in the fintech and payments ecosystem.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Sales within fintech, payments or professional services.
• Proven track record of building strategic B2B partnerships and exceeding commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, issuing, embedded finance, banking).
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and a strong commercial mindset.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and partner meetings.
