AI Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Vinted is building a fast‑moving program that embeds AI and automation across its marketing organisation – from content creation to media buying and brand work. As the AI Marketing Project Manager you will be the central hub that keeps the programme visible, on schedule, and aligned, while also helping colleagues develop everyday AI habits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of AI programme goals and progress across multiple workstreams.
• Own the reporting rhythm: automate routine updates, chase overdue items, and ensure clear, timely monthly business reviews.
• Identify and flag resource or timeline conflicts between initiatives early.
• Lead one workstream end‑to‑end, coordinating contributors from across Growth, Brand, Media, and Data teams.
• Coach non‑technical teammates to adopt AI tools in their daily workflow, turning one‑off demos into lasting habits.
• Keep documentation, backlogs, and knowledge bases organized and easily searchable.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design lightweight processes that are actually adopted by cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders who do not report to you.
• Experience coordinating projects across marketing, data, and product functions.
