AI Native Software Engineer (Analyst / Senior Analyst)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an AI Native Software Engineer (Analyst / Senior Analyst) in Vilnius, Lithuania or Riga, Latvia. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and focuses on designing, developing and deploying production-grade full-stack software while using AI-assisted development tools every day. Candidates work on real client projects across multiple industries, building applications that integrate with agentic architectures, LLM-powered solutions and enterprise AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI coding assistants daily to speed up delivery and improve quality
• Design, build and maintain modern full-stack applications
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into production applications
• Apply AI across the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, code reviews and documentation
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for quality, reliability and security
• Define and track metrics showing the effectiveness of AI-assisted development
• Deliver solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and production support
• Work with Agile teams and client stakeholders
• Develop APIs, interfaces and components that connect business applications with AI and agentic systems
• Share reusable components, engineering standards and internal AI best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Commercial software development experience, or equivalent through internships, academic programs or personal projects
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day software development
• Understanding of web development fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and Agile delivery
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker
• AI and emerging technology experience: practical use of AI-assisted tools, integration of LLM APIs, understanding of token management, latency and cost, knowledge of AI limitations and responsible AI practices, familiarity with agentic systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph or similar

Required skills

• Backend programming in Python, Java or TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Pay depends on role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset and experience. The stated range is EUR 1,710 to 4,700 gross per month in Lithuania and EUR 1,400 to 3,800 gross per month in Latvia.
