Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker – Contract (Lithuania)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker to join our client’s base‑maintenance team in Lithuania for the upcoming winter season. The role runs from September 2026 until the end of May 2027 on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sheet‑metal fabrication, repair and modification on A320 aircraft structures.
• Interpret engineering drawings and maintenance manuals to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance crews to meet the 5‑on‑2‑off shift schedule.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation for all work performed.

Required profile

• Proven record of experience on A320 sheet‑metal work, supported by logbooks.
• Valid certifications in SMS/HF, EWIS and FTS (including initial SMS and human‑factors training).
• Legal right to work in Europe.

Required skills

• A320 sheet‑metal fabrication and repair.
• SMS (Safety Management System) certification.
• Human‑Factors (HF) certification.
• EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System) certification.
• FTS (Fuel Transfer System) certification.
