AIT Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AIT Engineer to join our Assembly, Integration and Testing team, converting satellite designs into flight‑ready hardware. The role ensures smooth execution of AIT activities and provides lessons learned to improve future designs.

Key responsibilities

• Support product and mission design teams on manufacturing feasibility, integration nuances, handling and testing.
• Plan and coordinate integration, test, launch campaigns and related reviews.
• Define harness build specifications for RF, power and signal.
• Develop, handle and ensure availability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Define subsystem hardware configurations and integrate software components (firmware, configs, files).
• Create payload test procedures, test scripts and generate test reports.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues during assembly, integration and testing.
• Support clients on‑site during integration and test campaigns.
• Assist with integration into rocket campaigns and prepare related reports.
• Support on‑orbit mission operations using knowledge gained from integration and test activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience in electronics, embedded systems and communication protocols.
• Hands‑on experience developing electronic, mechanical, hardware and software systems.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Result‑oriented, proactive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail.
