About the role

Join the Performance Marketing team behind Snakzy, a play‑to‑earn rewarded gaming app on Android. As the first dedicated ASO specialist you will own the Google Play store listing from day one, working closely with designers and motion teams to test and optimise assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Snakzy Google Play store listing end‑to‑end (app name, icon, graphics, screenshots, promo video, descriptions).
• Run continuous store‑listing experiments in Play Console and turn results into actionable decisions.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise metadata for the US market, with plans to expand to additional markets.
• Build and maintain custom store listings aligned with paid acquisition campaigns.
• Manage LiveOps promotional content and maintain the seasonal listing calendar.
• Report weekly on conversion rate, organic installs and keyword performance.
• Monitor competitor listings and category trends.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Android App Store Optimization, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Proven track record of running Google Play Store listing experiments with measurable results.
• Strong keyword research and metadata optimisation skills for Google Play.
• Experience with Play Console reporting and mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, plus product analytics tools like Mixpanel.
• Ability to brief designers and assess the quality of creative assets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
