Audit Analyst

About the role

Join PwC Lithuania as an Audit Analyst and work on real client projects across audit, tax, legal, deals, consulting and cybersecurity services. You will gain hands‑on experience with audit methodology, client processes, controls and emerging audit technologies, including data analytics and AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data, review documentation and perform core audit tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatPwC, Copilot) and digital platforms (Aura, ChatAssurance, Power BI) to improve audit efficiency.
• Assist in audit planning, develop audit procedures and build an understanding of client business processes.
• Support risk assessments and collaborate with senior team members to address identified risks.
• Develop professional capabilities such as audit planning, project and time management.
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues and clients to deliver project stages on time and to PwC’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or graduating within 12 months).
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Availability for full‑time work.
