Audit Analyst

About the role

Join PwC Lithuania as an Audit Analyst and work on real client projects, gaining hands‑on experience with audit methodology, client processes, controls, and emerging audit technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out core audit tasks by gathering data, reviewing documentation, and maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• Utilise AI tools (e.g., ChatPwC, Copilot) and digital platforms (e.g., Aura, ChatAssurance, Power BI) to improve audit efficiency and quality.
• Support audit planning by helping develop audit plans, procedures, and understanding client business processes.
• Assist with risk assessments and collaborate with senior team members to address identified risks and issues.
• Develop professional capabilities such as audit planning, project and time management.
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues and clients to deliver project stages on time and in line with PwC’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or graduating within 12 months).
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit (advantageous).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Comfortable using AI and digital tools while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Availability to work full‑time.
