Audit Senior Consultant / Team Leader (Vilnius)

About the role

As an Audit Senior Consultant / Team Leader you will go beyond traditional financial statement audits. You will help clients gain confidence by combining deep industry insight, professional judgment, and Deloitte’s advanced audit methodology and analytics tools. The role involves direct client interaction, risk identification, and delivering high‑quality audits that add real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit procedures and analyse financial and operational data.
• Leverage Deloitte’s innovative audit methodology, data analytics, and digital tools to deliver risk‑focused audits.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business processes, industries, and key drivers.
• Research accounting and auditing matters and provide practical, well‑supported recommendations.
• Review work performed by junior team members, providing coaching and guidance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, internal controls, audit, or finance.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
