About the role

You will be responsible for the operation and emergency maintenance of heating, plumbing and electrical systems in commercial buildings. The position works on a rotating schedule (3 days on / 3 days off) and requires quick, reliable response to technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service heating utilities and other engineering systems in commercial properties.
• Perform plumbing tasks, including installation, connection and repacking of sanitary equipment such as sewage pumps, circulation pumps, pressure gauges and valves.
• Clear blockages and conduct cleaning of wastewater systems.
• Carry out minor electrical network repairs, troubleshoot emergencies and perform small‑scale electrical work in tenant premises.
• Ensure safe operation of all installed equipment and comply with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Possess a certification for responsibility over heating utilities.
• Hold a technical, vocational or higher education qualification.
• Have an electrician certificate (VK, AK).
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work and heating‑utility maintenance.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Responsible and communicative attitude.
