B2B Content & E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

Telia is looking for a proactive B2B Digital Content Manager to own the telia.lt experience for business customers. You will shape the content strategy, improve the e‑shop, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable digital actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B content strategy across campaign pages, service pages and the support portal.
• Create and optimise landing pages, ensuring alignment between digital advertising, SEO traffic and the web experience.
• Support the B2B e‑shop by improving product‑upload quality, structure and performance.
• Analyse web and campaign performance, set goals, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Consult with marketing, SEO, CX and CRO stakeholders on CMS capabilities and prioritise requests.

Required profile

• Proactive, structured and commercially minded with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in B2B digital content, website management or e‑commerce environments.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex corporate setting.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO and CRO best practices.
• Understanding of UX principles and web content optimisation.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience managing a CMS and improving content workflows.
• Project‑management capability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
