About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to strengthen the TikProfesionalams.lt team, a fast‑growing beauty and health platform. You will create and execute 360° marketing initiatives that support beauty professionals with innovative products, training, events and daily business growth support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish social‑media content for TikProfesionalams.lt across multiple channels.
• Write engaging, conversion‑focused copy for various communication platforms.
• Design visual assets and layouts for the website, social media, newsletters and print material.
• Produce and edit short‑form video content such as Reels, training videos and product showcases.
• Design newsletters, manage the mailing platform and oversee distribution.
• Prepare advertising material for print and coordinate the production process.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, printers and other external partners.
• Contribute ideas and content for photoshoots, events, conferences and trainings, and assist with their organization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare reports.
• Continuously generate new concepts, formats and tactics to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, communications or social‑media management.
• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to turn beautiful content into results‑driven material.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Highly motivated, proactive, positive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience organising events or supporting event execution.
