B2B Sales Manager

About the role

An HR agency is recruiting on behalf of one of Lithuania's largest creative digital marketing agencies, which works with SEM, PPC, SEO, social media campaigns, data analytics and growth strategies. The agency has completed more than 130 projects for well-known brands and its revenue reached close to 12 million euros in 2024. It is looking for a B2B sales manager based in Kaunas.

Key responsibilities

• Active and passive B2B sales (ICP, outbound and inbound)
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients through phone, LinkedIn, events, conferences and meetings
• Working with marketing experts (SEO, PPC, social media) to prepare proposals for clients
• Managing the entire sales process
• Taking part in events and conferences to raise the company's visibility and generate new opportunities

Required profile

• 4 years of experience in B2B sales
• Ability to build relationships face-to-face, including presentations at events
• Strategic thinking focused on long-term growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and turn ideas into results
• Understanding of digital marketing services or tools (advantage)
• Experience in e-commerce or technology (advantage)
