Biotechnologist – Microfluidic Chip Production

About the role

We are looking for a Biotechnologist to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality microfluidic chips and ensuring they meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce microfluidic chips under controlled environmental conditions.
• Perform product quality control and guarantee compliance with defined standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and deviations in chip production.
• Participate in process improvement and optimisation activities.
• Manage reagent and material inventory.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and production efficiency.

Required profile

• A degree in life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory or production environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when following protocols.
• English and Lithuanian language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to work adjusted shifts during peak production periods.

Required skills

• Standard laboratory practices.
• Microfluidic chip production techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
