Brand Manager – Professional Beauty & Aesthetics

About the role

Medexy, a leading distributor of professional dermatocosmetics in the Baltic region, is looking for a Brand Manager to drive growth of its assigned beauty and aesthetics brands in Lithuania and neighboring markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, building client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand development strategies for the Lithuanian and regional markets.
• Increase sales volume and expand the client base among cosmetologists, clinics, and other professional users.
• Organise and coordinate seminars, trainings and brand events.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute brand initiatives.
• Guide the sales team, set priorities, monitor results and ensure targets are met.
• Work closely with international brand owners to ensure consistent local execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, sales, business development or marketing.
• Leadership experience coordinating or managing a team.
• Result‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Independent, proactive decision‑maker with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset, able to turn insights into concrete actions.
• Passion for professional cosmetics, beauty or aesthetics industry.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Willingness to travel within Lithuania and abroad as needed.
