Brand Owner (Vilnius)

About the role

Orbio World, a global e-commerce company, is looking for a Brand Owner in Vilnius to take a brand to its next level. The role combines driving strategy and growth with leading a team and managing the brand's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and budgeting, ensuring sustainable brand and business growth
• Manage financial performance and deliver quarterly and yearly targets for revenue, gross profit and EBITDA
• Manage and optimise key business areas such as P&L, funnel efficiency, conversion rates, pricing strategies and brand reputation
• Oversee sales development across key channels and regions and drive expansion
• Manage and align cross-functional teams so that brand activities are prioritised and executed effectively

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or DTC business management
• Background in business leadership, marketing, sales, growth or product management
• Experience working with global brands or international markets
• Fluency in English

• Salary from 5,800 EUR gross per month, depending on experience
