Business Analyst Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst Lead to drive organisational design and technology‑enabled transformation for our alternative investment services. The role will analyse current operating models, define future‑state designs and partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive current‑state analysis of organisational structures, operating models and roles.
• Design target operating models aligned with strategic objectives and scalable growth.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements, translating them into user stories for technology workstreams.
• Partner with IT, product and architecture teams to define functional requirements and evaluate technology platforms.
• Support programme delivery by maintaining documentation, tracking dependencies and contributing to business cases.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy or management consulting, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Proven involvement in organisational redesign, operating model transformation or business process reengineering.
• Experience with technology‑enabled change programmes, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and cross‑functional programme environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis and business case development.
• Ability to produce high‑quality documentation and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Miro).
