About the role

Join Festo’s dynamic team in Kaunas as a Business Assistance Specialist, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage calendars and coordinate meetings for stakeholders.
• Arrange business travel, handle bookings, and administer expense reports.
• Process purchase requisitions and order office supplies, product parts, and training materials.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
• Plan and organize workshops and on‑site events, managing logistics and stakeholder coordination with local teams.
• Handle confidential information professionally and facilitate clear communication across teams.

Required profile

• Strong business English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and structured in approach.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Solid familiarity with Microsoft 365.
