About the role

Join Luminor as a Business Assistant in Retail Banking, supporting client advisors and ensuring smooth documentation processes while contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance to business client advisors and perform technical work in managing documentation.
• Assist in coordinating activities that enable efficient client service and business performance.
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, energy, and commitment.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the business client advisor.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of financial products and solutions offered by the bank.
• Higher education in economics, finance or banking is an advantage.
• Independence in finding solutions in non‑standard situations.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities and confidence in making outbound calls.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
