Business Controller

About the role

Baltic Tower Company is building a pan‑Baltic telecom infrastructure and is scaling its finance function. The newly created Business Controller will sit at the intersection of commercial contracts, operational reality, and group financial steering, working closely with the CFO, finance team, and regional site managers.

Key responsibilities

• Revenue assurance & billing control – manage invoicing, recharges, and the works revenue cycle, including lease indexations.
• Investment & project control – model payback and pricing for ground‑lease buy‑outs, price tower acquisitions, and track portfolio CapEx against budget.
• Commercial business cases – evaluate financial feasibility of site renewals, relocations, demolitions, and new client onboarding.
• Systems & process governance – own CapEx/OpEx approval workflows, implement reporting tools (Power BI, OneStream) and drive automation.
• Cross‑functional continuity – conduct partner KYC checks, act as deputy for the Financial Controller, and support ad‑hoc strategic analyses with the CFO.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in controlling, audit, transaction services or a comparable analytical finance role.
• University degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
• Hands‑on exposure to billing, CapEx or investment analysis with ability to build models from contracts and leases.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and BI tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
