Business Developer

About the role

The Business Developer will drive new business development by identifying, attracting and developing potential customers within the assigned market segment and geography, while building strong relationships and supporting sales revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market segment.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and prepare tailored commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service conditions with customers.
• Coordinate first shipments and ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Generate revenue from new customers in line with sales targets and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably outbound prospecting.
• Persistent and resilient attitude to engage prospects through multiple contacts.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and computer literacy (MS Office).
• English language level B2–C1.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM system).
• Microsoft Office Suite.

• Base monthly salary from €2 930 to €3 670 gross, depending on experience.
