Business Development Lead – AI Video Intelligence (Baltics)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to open and own a new market for an AI video intelligence company across the Baltic region. The role is hybrid and can be based in Vilnius, Tallinn or Riga.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close business development opportunities with public sector bodies and large private operators in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Build and activate a trusted network of decision‑makers in municipalities, government/defence‑adjacent entities, transport, logistics and security operators.
• Move quickly from first contact to signed agreement, leveraging existing relationships.
• Act as the primary local point of contact, coordinating with leadership on deal strategy and occasional in‑person visits.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales track record in the Baltic states with an immediately activatable network.
• Comfortable covering all three Baltic markets – Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Fluent English; strong current Baltic market knowledge is essential (Lithuanian is a plus).
• Based in Vilnius, Tallinn or Riga preferred (Helsinki or Copenhagen also considered).
• Self‑starting, fast‑moving and comfortable selling into security, defence or public‑sector buyers.
