Business Development Manager – AdTech (Hybrid, Vilnius)

About the role

Join an international AdTech company that connects brands, publishers, and advertisers through a unified ad ecosystem. As a Business Development Manager you will drive new client acquisition, craft advertising solutions, and grow existing relationships while working in a hybrid model in Vilnius.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, events and personal network.
• Meet clients to understand their goals and budgets, then propose suitable advertising solutions.
• Prepare offers and presentations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with ad operations and tech teams to launch the campaigns you sell.
• Develop long‑term partnerships and upsell existing clients with new products.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, from prospecting to closing and client retention.
• Background in digital marketing, advertising, media or tech with basic knowledge of Google Analytics and ad metrics.
• Comfort with numbers to justify solutions and demonstrate ROI.
• Curiosity to learn programmatic advertising; training will be provided.
• Confidence presenting ideas and negotiating deals in Lithuanian or English.
