Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager of IT Solutions. Your role is to drive the growth of ASBIS Value Added Distribution enterprise solutions in Lithuania through solution‑oriented and project‑based business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business within assigned customers by identifying new project opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and supporting upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Grow enterprise solutions business in Lithuania by acquiring new customers and expanding the solution portfolio.
• Identify, plan, and execute business development initiatives that expand solution adoption, project pipeline, and revenue within targeted market segments.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic customers.
• Manage the full enterprise project sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, coordinating technical resources and commercial structuring.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems according to corporate processes.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in a related field.
• Experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within the IT sector.
• Good command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
