Business Development Project Manager

About the role

Join Girteka Group as a Business Development Project Manager and drive growth across international markets. You will lead the acquisition of new clients, manage complex onboarding projects and ensure long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients in assigned regions using cold calls, exhibitions and networking.
• Analyse market needs and craft tailored service proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms while building trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, assign internal teams and develop SOPs for seamless transitions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, generate reports and forecasts, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal and operations to deliver customized solutions.
• Lead project‑based sales initiatives and contribute to long‑term pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and promote ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with fluent English (C1); additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in international business development or B2B sales, including key‑account onboarding and negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude, high motivation, strong organisational skills and cross‑cultural awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital collaboration/reporting tools.

• Base monthly salary from €3630 to €4540 (before tax) depending on experience.
