Business Information Data Architect – Product Development & Technology

About the role

Would you like to shape business data architecture and ensure that critical business information is defined, governed and trusted across the organization? Join us as a Business Information Data Architect and play a key role in strengthening data governance, regulatory reporting capabilities and data quality management across Finance, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Product Development and Technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business information management standards supporting enterprise data governance.
• Define and evolve business information architecture, ensuring consistent representation of critical business information across the organization.
• Ensure ownership, traceability and observability of critical business information and data assets.
• Define and maintain frameworks to assess the impact of data changes, supporting governance decisions related to business information, reporting and data quality management.
• Own data governance platforms and capabilities, ensuring effective support for metadata management, data lineage, data quality and data governance processes.
• Maintain and govern business glossary, metadata catalogues and business lineage.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business information modelling, metadata management and data lineage concepts.
• Experience driving organizational alignment and adoption of data governance practices across business domains.
• Experience managing and developing data governance platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory data management principles, including BCBS239, risk data aggregation and reporting requirements (advantage).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies and impacts across business domains.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data concepts to both business and technology audiences.
