Business Information Data Architect – Product Development & Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Business Information Data Architect to shape the organization’s data architecture and ensure critical business information is defined, governed and trusted across Finance, Risk, Compliance, KYC, Product Development and Technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business information management standards supporting enterprise data governance.
• Define and evolve business information architecture to ensure consistent representation of critical business information.
• Ensure ownership, traceability and observability of critical business information and data assets.
• Define and maintain frameworks for assessing the impact of data changes, supporting governance decisions.
• Own data governance platforms, providing effective support for metadata management, data lineage, data quality and governance processes.
• Maintain and govern the business glossary, metadata catalogues and business lineage.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of business information modelling, metadata management and data lineage concepts.
• Experience driving organizational alignment and adoption of data governance practices across business domains.
• Experience managing and developing data governance platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory data management principles such as BCBS239 and risk data aggregation requirements (advantage).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies and impacts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data concepts to both business and technology audiences.
