Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Guidehouse is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support its clients indirectly, business process managers and other stakeholders. The role focuses on data collection, dashboard preparation and data accuracy across global operations, and on supporting automation solutions across day-to-day processes. No travel or clearance is required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Workforce Management (WFM) processes, including capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling and workforce reporting.
• Gather data from internal sources, verify its accuracy with People Managers and reconcile it with time-tracking system records.
• Collect data across multiple regions (Lithuania, India, US) and stakeholders.
• Review and validate project invoicing against contractual agreements and internal schedules.
• Analyse data, consolidate information into structured datasets and assist in preparing global dashboards.
• Create data visualisations to support analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Data Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, Workforce Management Analyst or related).
• Bachelor's degree.
• International-level English fluency (C1).
• Ability to work with stakeholders from different cultures and to join late calls with U.S. colleagues a few times per month.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data matching); Excel Query is a plus.
• SharePoint for data storage, documentation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI (flows, dashboard development).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
