Business Performance Controller

About the role

The Business Performance Controller will act as a financial partner for IT and transformation initiatives, ensuring cost transparency and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate across functions to improve planning, reporting and control processes while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IT management to monitor and control operational IT costs, coordinate budgeting and forecasting, and analyse cost deviations.
• Support major business and transformation projects by tracking spending, preparing monthly portfolio dashboards and reporting risks.
• Back‑up the Cost Controller function and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to the Group.
• Lead improvements in planning and controlling for IT, projects and cost management, delivering faster, reliable reporting solutions.
• Implement controls for commission calculations, working closely with Sales and HR on planning, monitoring and analysis.
• Prepare monthly management insights, presentations and recommendations, and collaborate with Pricing and Underwriting on market analysis.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience handling large data sets and turning data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
