Car Finance Sales Specialist

About the role

Inbank is expanding its Car Finance team and seeks a proactive Sales Specialist to guide customers from financing interest to a signed contract. You will work directly with customers and car dealer partners, removing obstacles and ensuring a smooth financing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers who have started their car financing journey and help them move from application or offer to a signed contract.
• Understand each customer’s needs, answer questions, and guide them through financing options, terms, documentation, and next steps.
• Identify obstacles, take ownership of solutions, and contribute to individual and team conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with car dealer partners, supporting them with financing‑related queries and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and other Inbank teams to resolve complex cases and share insights for process improvement.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or a similar results‑driven role.
• Comfortable reaching out to customers by phone and confident in a customer‑facing environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with persistence to see cases through to completion.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple customer and partner cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Experience in automotive retail or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory.
