Car Fleet Manager – Baltic Region

About the role

CityBee, a leading car‑sharing provider in the Baltic region, is looking for a Car Fleet Manager to oversee its vehicle fleet across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will ensure cars are ready for rental or sale, maintain quality standards and support day‑to‑day fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of CityBee cars for rental and sale, guaranteeing they meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor vehicle repairs and bodywork, performing quality checks after each repair.
• Work with the vehicle preparation and fleet management system to track fleet status.
• Handle additional fleet‑related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably managing large vehicle fleets and familiar with car body repairs.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
