Category Lead (Category Manager)

About the role

Kesko Senukai Digital is seeking an experienced Category Lead to drive the development of product categories and shape the future of e‑commerce in the Baltics. You will work in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment where your decisions directly impact business success.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement product group development strategies.
• Identify new suppliers, negotiate contracts and organise promotions.
• Liaise with strategic suppliers and monitor market trends.
• Ensure sales efficiency across assigned categories.
• Analyse performance indicators, produce forecasts and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, retail or e‑commerce.
• Higher education in business management or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
