About the role

The Institute of Hygiene is strengthening suicide prevention in Lithuania. As the Chief Specialist of the Suicide Prevention Division, you will shape training programs, data analysis, and methodological support that directly impact public mental health.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, systematize and analyze information on suicide prevention and intervention trainings.
• Evaluate Lithuanian and international best practices and assess the current training landscape.
• Collaborate with institutions and experts to organize and deliver training sessions.
• Develop recommendations, methodological materials and provide consultancy to partner organisations.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and public procurement processes.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to make a tangible impact in the field of mental health.
• Experience in coordinating training programmes or public‑health projects.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
