About the role
We are looking for a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing performance‑marketing agency. You will generate new business opportunities for our e‑commerce clients by reaching out via phone, email and LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities
- Cold call, send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach to e‑commerce brand owners.
- Research and qualify potential clients.
- Book meetings with decision‑makers.
- Follow up until the deal is closed.
Required profile
- Lithuanian language is a must (native or fluent).
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and calling strangers.
- Write cold emails and LinkedIn messages that get replies.
- Explain in 30 seconds why an e‑commerce brand needs a performance‑marketing agency.
What we offer
- Base salary from €1,200 per month plus a €500–1,000 bonus for every signed client.
- Fully remote work or office in Alytus – your choice.
- Work with real e‑commerce clients in beauty, skincare and supplements.
- No earnings ceiling – the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
