Client Enablement Associate

About the role

Join Airwallex’s Client Enablement (CE) team to design and deliver a seamless onboarding and configuration experience for customers across EMEA and globally. You will work closely with Commercial, Solution Engineering and Product teams to ensure client accounts are ready for transactions and to improve the onboarding process at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary knowledge source on Airwallex configuration topics, covering pricing and capability settings.
• Collaborate with account executives to adjust pricing per commercial requests.
• Partner with solution engineers worldwide to gather, validate, and apply configuration changes that meet client business and technical needs.
• Work with commercial, operations and product teams to identify and summarise improvement opportunities in the client onboarding workflow.
• Develop and manage on‑shore functional programs that support EMEA operational goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account settings and pricing throughout the client lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the payments industry or technology operations.
• Ability to quickly understand new products and solve problems adaptively.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail, good judgment and reliable follow‑up.
• Team player comfortable collaborating across time zones.

Required skills

• Experience reading and parsing JSON or working with API documentation.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, BigQuery or SQL.
