Clinical Research Associate – Contract (Remote, Lithuania)

About the role

Join PSI CRO as a Contract Clinical Research Associate and support clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. This remote position based in Lithuania offers the opportunity to work on the frontline of medical science while maintaining the highest industry quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution.
• Manage site communication and serve as the primary contact for in‑house support services and vendors.
• Communicate study progress with internal project teams.
• Participate in feasibility research and support the regulatory team in preparing submission documents.

Required profile

• College or University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Independent monitoring experience in Lithuania, preferably on a contractor/freelance basis.
• Full working proficiency in English and Lithuanian; knowledge of Latvian is a plus.
• Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
