Communications Coordinator (Volunteer)

About the role

The Lithuanian College of Democracy Education is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support its communication activities. As a Communications Coordinator you will create visual and video content for real social and educational projects, gaining hands‑on experience in a non‑profit environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media platforms and the organization’s website.
• Produce short videos using generative AI tools.
• Develop communication material for initiatives such as “Navininkai”, ATRASK.eu and LDUK.
• Deliver one high‑quality communication product each week.
• Participate in bi‑weekly feedback meetings and receive mentorship throughout the program.

Required profile

• Interest in visual communication, social media, video creation or AI‑based tools.
• Motivation to learn, creativity, responsibility and ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• No prior experience required; a willingness to develop new skills is essential.

Required skills

• Use of AI video generation tools.
• Basic visual design for digital channels.
