Key responsibilities

• Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
• Participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image on Reddit, Discord, Facebook, and industry‑specific forums.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Social Media teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Utilize analytics tools to track community performance, provide actionable insights, and refine tactics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and platform changes to continuously optimise strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing online communities across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Basic understanding of SEO and its integration with community work.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented self‑starter capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
