Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Eneba is seeking a senior Content Marketing Manager to shape and execute a data‑driven content strategy that fuels growth, trust, and user engagement across its global gaming marketplace. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, build scalable processes, and turn content into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and individual contributors across seven content functions, including Reputation, PR, Content Production, Localization, Newsletters, Campaigns, and Lifecycle.
• Define and own a 1‑year content strategy and quarterly goal framework aligned with GMV, conversion rate, and trust metrics.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and career development for all direct reports.
• Drive AI/LLM adoption to automate research, production, and distribution workflows.
• Set and monitor quarterly OKRs, conduct 1:1s, and manage performance cycles.
• Represent the content function in cross‑functional planning with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Tech teams.
• Lead PR strategy for B2B, B2C, and employer branding channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years in content, marketing, or communications roles with at least 3 years managing multi‑functional teams.
• Proven experience as a direct line manager handling hiring, goal setting, career conversations, and performance evaluations.
• Startup mindset with high ownership, fast pace, and ability to meet ambitious quarterly targets.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, comfortable with metrics such as CR, GMV, and ROAS.
