About the role
NOEWE is seeking a Corporate Law Associate to join its team in Vilnius, providing legal advice to local and international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, adapt and coordinate a wide range of agreements, procedural documents and internal procedures for client activities.
- Represent the company in client relations, delivering high‑quality advice on complex legal issues.
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters.
- Work on complex, multijurisdictional projects.
Required profile
- University degree in Law.
- 1–3 years of meaningful legal experience in corporate law.
- Strong commitment and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized with excellent analytical abilities.
- Project management experience and ability to work in a team.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
