Country Business Controller

About the role

Join a leading global bakery group as a Country Business Controller in Lithuania. You will support the implementation of Lantmännen Unibake’s strategy by delivering accurate financial information and partnering with stakeholders on controlling matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial information and business insights to support the Lantmännen Unibake strategy in Lithuania.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to the country management team, enabling data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to improve processes and performance monitoring.
• Prepare the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and ensure effective cost planning and execution.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes with high quality and accuracy.
• Deliver high‑quality monthly financial reporting and analyze business performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities, offering recommendations to achieve financial targets.
• Analyze supply‑chain operations, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure cost control and compliance with group and cluster business‑control principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance.
• Minimum 2 years of business‑controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to present insights clearly in Lithuanian and English.
• High work quality, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to improve processes.
• Effective collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience creating and developing reports in Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (advantage).
