Country Business Controller

About the role

As a Country Business Controller you will support the implementation of Lantmännen Unibake’s strategy in Lithuania by delivering accurate financial information and acting as a trusted partner to the country management team. You will be part of both the Country Leadership team and the Cluster Finance team, helping drive data‑driven decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial information and business insights to support the Lantmännen Unibake strategy in Lithuania.
• Act as a finance business partner to the country management team, enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to improve processes and performance monitoring.
• Prepare the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and ensure effective cost planning and monitoring.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes with high quality and accuracy.
• Deliver high‑quality monthly financial reporting.
• Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to meet financial targets.
• Analyze supply‑chain operations, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with group and cluster business control principles and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in business controlling, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to present results clearly in Lithuanian and English.
• High work quality, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to improve processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience creating and developing reports in Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is an advantage.
