Crew Dispatcher

About the role

Heston Airlines, a European carrier based in Vilnius, is looking for a Crew Dispatcher to oversee the proper allocation and utilization of crew members during daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations, company manuals, and fatigue risk management.
• Continuously track, monitor and modify crew rosters, guaranteeing coverage for rescheduled or ad‑hoc flights within a 72‑hour window.
• Provide crew calculations and approve new flight requests within the short‑term period.
• Manage crew accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Notify crew members of roster changes and monitor on‑time check‑ins for flights and duties.
• Multi‑task across several departments and make decisions under pressure.

Required profile

• Higher education.
• At least 1 year of relevant aviation experience.
• Knowledge of flight and duty time limitation requirements for crew members.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication, cooperation and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night time.
