CRM Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven communicator who can create meaningful customer experiences by delivering the right message at the right moment. In this role you will design, launch and optimise CRM campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute CRM campaigns via email, SMS, pop‑ups and other channels.
• Build audience segments and deliver personalised communications based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and insights.
• Continuously test, analyse and optimise campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Design teams to develop compelling content and seamless journeys.
• Monitor results, identify trends and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all communications align with brand voice, customer needs and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience running multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage several projects.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on testing and optimisation.

• Salary range €2,800–€3,400 gross per month, based on experience and skills.
