CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

Legal Balance is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive the acquisition, activation, retention and re‑engagement of creditors and business clients across its three digital platforms. You will shape data‑driven communication strategies that guide users from their first touchpoint through registration, application, contract signing and ongoing service use.

Key responsibilities

• Map, analyse and optimise customer journeys for Lithuania, Poland and Latvia.
• Design and implement automated communication flows for registration, incomplete applications, missing documents, offer acceptance, contract signing, re‑activation and repeat usage.
• Create and maintain customer segments based on profile, behaviour, activity level and value.
• Plan, execute and continuously optimise email and direct‑marketing campaigns.
• Identify drop‑off points in the journey and propose improvements to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing specialists to link CRM data with Google, Meta and other acquisition channels.
• Define audience lists for acquisition, remarketing, retention and re‑activation campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, activation, conversion, repeat usage and CRM‑attributed revenue.
• Translate customer insights into experiments and measurable improvements.
• Prepare clear reports, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing or marketing automation.
• Proven ability to build customer segments and automated communication journeys independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with product, sales, IT, design and external partners.
